The latest exhibition presented by the Army Museum South Queensland
Uniforms and equipment of Army personnel in Queensland from 1824 to the current day feature in this exhibition at Victoria Barracks, Brisbane.
A visit to the historic precinct of Victoria Barracks on Petrie Terrace (near Caxton Street) provides a unique glimpse of Australia’s military history from the colonial era, through two World Wards, to the present day role of the Australian Defence Forces in current operations.
Public tours of Victoria Barracks are on Wednesdays only and include viewing the exhibition, an escorted tour of the precinct, Devonshire Tea, a souvenir booklet and digital photo.
